I am Debbie Serwadda, AGNP-BC – board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with extensive
experience in critical care.
I founded my practice to provide a more elevated approach to wellness—where patients receive attentive, one-on-one care tailored to their individual goals. My focus is on helping clients optimize their health through medical weight loss, IV hydration and vitamin therapy, wellness management, and convenient treatment for acute illnesses.

Our pricing is simple: Concierge fee covers your visit — including provider time, assessment, and coordination — plus any additional services you choose. No memberships, no hidden fees, no long-term commitments. Combine services in a single visit and pay only one concierge fee.
We accept HSA/FSA cards for eligible medical services (coverage determined by your plan administrator).
